R Systems Announces Outcome

The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on January 19, 2014 has fixed Friday, February 28, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the names of the shareholders who would be entitled to receive 10 (ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (one) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company held by each of them on the said record date.
