The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) at its meeting held on March 16, 2016 commenced at 08:09 P.M. and concluded at 08:33 P.M. has inter alia approved the opening of a subsidiary Company of Computaris International Limited, U.K. (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) in Philippines.
