Mr. Ramneet Rekhi, President- R Systems Digital BU, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of R Systems International Limited (“Company”) has tendered his resignation from the said post in order to pursue new challenges and opportunities. The Company has accepted his resignation dated September 15, 2023 and has relieved him from the duties.
