R Systems Announces the outcome of the Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) at its meeting held on March 31, 2023 has inter alia approved following businesses:

• Extension of the current tenure of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.), as President & Sr. Executive Director of the Company till June 30, 2023 at his present terms of appointment, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
