The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2023 has inter-alia approved the following businesses:

• Approved the appointment of Mr. Nitesh Bansal (DIN: 10170738) as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5 years effecting from May 30, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other statutory approval, if required. The brief details of Mr. Nitesh Bansal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer is enclosed as Annexure-A.
• Approved the appointment of Mrs. Ruchica Gupta (DIN: 06912329), Non-Executive Independent Director, as regular Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Company.
