The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) at its meeting held on February 15, 2024 has inter-alia approved the following businesses:

• Audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, in the format prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the report of the auditors thereon.

Corporate Disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for business approved at the Board Meeting.
